This allows for the machine to be used across multiple trades when working on projects where the cladding or glass has not yet been installed where you would need a wind rated MEWP due to the wind passing through the floors. Most mechanical MEWPS that allow you to work at six metres will weigh more than 1000kgs, more than double the weight of the Navigator. Plus, they will be powered by battery and hydraulics which puts them at a disadvantage against the Navigator.
